Crowder College, Missouri, USA, in conjunction with the Australasian Registry of EMT's is proud to announce the first ever truly global online paramedic course that is globally recognized and awards college credits. The course is 16 weeks of online education followed by 14-16 weeks of skills training, hospital and field internships in the USA. Crowder College EMS Education program was instituted in 2006 and is both state and nationally accredited. Crowder has hosted paramedic students from all over the world including Argentina, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Ireland, South Africa, Czech Republic, UK and more. Situated in rural SW Missouri where cost of living is surprisingly affordable and EMS systems are busy, consider living abroad for 16 short weeks while at the same time, earning your NREMT paramedic certification. 

Crowder College will assist foreign students through the entire process including the application process, meeting pre-requisites, student visa applications, housing and health insurance. ALL applicants MUST have the following requirements to attend the MTI EMT-P programme:

Please note the following criteria serves as minimum qualifiers: 

MUST have completed an approved International EMT programme recognised through AREMT, in accordance with acceptable crossborder EMT training programmes minimal hours 320 hours.
MUST have completed an approved Australian HLT programme recognised through AREMT. Minimal hours 320 hours.
EVIDENCE of programme submitted to Crowder College or AREMT for approval.
AT LEAST 12-24 MONTHS post EMT course experience...employment or clinical based experience.
Military and other EMS completions accepted on a case by case basis.
